Ping spike and broken champion select connected?

Ok, ping spiked, ok im good with that, it happens. Just finish my game its cool.. So i queue up for another game, and with 20 seconds left to choose a ban, boom my chance ends... ok its kewl i didnt really need another ban. they ban what i was gonna play, its cool. ill just find another champion. AND KABLAM i get kicked out of queue for not selecting champion With 20 seconds left . Just letting you guys know :P Thanks and forever: Cigar
