Why isn't Rumble a midlaner?
I've only been playing since s4 preseason, but I have been wondering this. I feel like Rumble could be good if taken mid. Any vets / knowledgeable players know why?

Immobile, no hard cc, no reliable poke, his one main damage ability requires you to be in their face, melee
he would get outpoked by mages and get destroyed by assassins
Because he's low range and really only wins against melees.
They need to up his ap ratios and lower his tankiness, then he would make a great ap mid
