Help reduce Bots in matches

Dear Riot

       Please respond to this with some credible information as to why this cannot be done. 

To Help reduce bot's in matches, especially in the lower level. Could you guys think of a "Captcha" to go into the Queue, or after champion's have been selected. If the player does not enter the Captcha, the game is done. Make it simple, like with the login screen. Something to prevent all the bots in lower level matches....it's unreal.
