Human Detection for Client

Why can't league have a human detection in their Client before matches start? It's very simple. "1+1=?" or, What is the next letter..A..B..C..D..?..

Honestly, this is horrible to level up in League when your software is out performed by bots logging into it every day, and you guys literally have nothing to go against it. Sure you can report the bots, but under what? Afk? They're essentially in the game, the person that's controlling them however may be away from keyboard, but in a report its hard to tell, intentional feeding? And what good is that going to do? Ban that scripted bot for a week, meanwhile, the jerk that sets up the bots in the first place just creates another account. Honestly you guys can do better than allow bots to ruin game play. I honestly do not feel like touching this game anymore period for the fact that theirs nothing being done about it.
