Aatrox

Make his abilities benefit from cdr. By that i mean right now there is no reason to build cdr on Aatrox. Because the abilities that would benefit the most cost you 10% and 5% curren't hp per use, and you get no hp back from hitting enemys and the q you would not wan't to used it in the mittle of a fight same with e because they would stop you from getting the max amoun't of W off so you would lose out on dmg and you would lose hp in the process.
