Is supporting someone to intentionally feed/grief bannable?

I just played a game with a brand support who was intentionally feeding & trolling. The enemy team , at least two-three of them, were egging him on, telling him that what he was doing was good.

He took this praise, and continued trolling. And they kept telling him how bad our team was, and that he was the best on our team.

Should I report them for this? I do really feel that it shouldn't be allowed.

It would be if that was what actually happened.

I just looked at the game. Brand went 5-13, but he built completely normally and did plenty of damage to champs, and placed the most wards on the team.

Don't be a douchebag who comes on the boards and lies about a player just because you are tilted they had a bad game for sympathy.

You are the worst kind of league player

Edit: He did the most damage on the team and placed 50 wards compared to your next highest at 17

I'd consider it to be reportable. Intentionally promoting trolling/negative/toxic behavior should not be excused.

Of course it's reportable. However, the system may not catch on to it. I'd write a ticket in that circumstance.
