This dude needs a buff. He looks like he means business but the second he engages in a team fight he just disappears.. like... instantly.... It's either Shaco needs to lay down the "magic tricks", or this dude needs a major buff.

A rework may be more effective.

Hes never been that good thats one of the main reasons why hes getting reworked. They havent done anything to him for a long time and they arent gonna waste time buffing a buggy outdated champion that is currently getting a rework.
