The rules are You have to use existing abilities from champions so passive,base stats,abilities etc.

So here is mine Passive (poppy's passive) Q (vayne's tumble) W (vayne's silver bolts) E (Tristana's rocket jump) R (trynd's ult) Base stats lvl 1 60 ad 10/5 hp regen No resources 650 aa range 27 base armour 34 base mr (scaling) 355 base ms

This will appreciate what we have and what we wouldn't want to have such as this monstrosity.

(P): Annie's Passive (Q): Lissandra's Q (W): Cho'Gath's Silence (E): Yasuo's Dash (R) Kassadin's Ultimate Riftwalk Also, did I mention that this champion is manaless, and utilizes rage, which he gains upon attacking units? At 100 Rage, his abilities change to this for 10 seconds: (P): Poppy's Passive (Q): Darius's Q (W): Vladimir's Blood Pool (E): Fizz's Playful Trickster (R): Tryndamere's Ult

The result: In normal form, this champion is annoying as fuck and has infinite dashes. Because his Q,E, and R all have extremely low cooldowns, he is able to stun you for 2 seconds every 2 seconds. That seems okay, right? Also, the silence prevents counterplay, so don't even try it. In Mega Form, this champion is almost unkillable. With a broken passive which reduces damage by shitload, two invulnerability, one spell that prevents death for a few seconds, and an extremely powerfull heal.
