Gangplank got one and his rework was in a smaller scope than Fiora.

i will accept nothing else but phreak dealing tons of damage with the champion in question as a proper spotlight.
they don't care, they do what they want, they suck as a company. expected, nothing new.
coz the new fiora is really weak that they cannot show a tube with tons of damage
