Its dfg compensation buff so you have to push additional button to finish your full combo. This will difference good Veigars from great ones.

Don't feel bad. People that play Singed are BM by nature. Trust me, I play him.

I'll be the nicest guy on any other champion, but on Singed I run into Pantheon's jungle, fling his blue buff for the kill in front of him, run away, and type in "thanks for the leash Panth =)" as I am running away and he is chasing me.

I play him quite often and he doesn't, on his Final Boss skin all he says is "DELETE" "TOASTY" "SUPER EFFECTIVE" when he launches his ult, but doesn't laugh or say anything when his target dies from the nuke.. Not even on his classic skin.

He used to laugh before the rework.

How about if we have teemo let out a global laugh evertime someone dies to his shrooms. And if teemo is dead when he gets the shroom kill have a little video of him laughing in the corner of the screen.

Next champion revamp we will treat singed, we looked at his kit and thought he is better suited to be an acrobatic adc, his poison trail will now shoot out a projectile thats a killshot and slows, we put it on q for originality sake. his w will still throw a field but instead of slowing it will stun for 10 seconds, his E will be a dash that resets every time you auto your opponent and his R will shoot 500 pieces of excrement all over the map instagibbing everything it comes into contact with.

We at riot listen to our players and will closely look how this new role for singed will improve the dynamic forced meta in esports for the better, perhaps tweak some small numbers eventually!!
