New veigar passive = NEW BURSTY SUPPORT . ( srry for english )

The new veigar passive is totally broken since you can stack permanent ability by hitting a champion . Since his event horizon is a aoe stun or more like a prison in my opinion , he can barely have his place in bot lane , but wht make him even more scary is the AP you stack along the game . I got in every game almost between 220 or 300 in a overall of 35 min .

34 ability power at lvl 18 ( mark and seal )

30 % cooldown reduction at lvl 18 ( glyph and quint)

I start frost queen claim so i get max cooldown reduction .( at lvl 18 =D)

I max event horizon for sure and i only engage or disengage with event horizon when its up.

Did i say he has a execute =D .
