community build into the client with winrate % instead of pre-made build by riot

Do you think it could in the new client they could add this feature where you can put your own build in the client so all the community can see it and the winrate attached to it . I mean it would help alot of ppl and would increase the level average of performance for all player since alot of player dont know exactly wht to build or wht is the most effective with champ they just started off playing or barely the new champ coming out etc . I mean it could be pretty awesome and would avoid questioning ourself wht to build and yada yada and accelerate the shopping in some point . Im sure someone will pop a counter argument on just going on a website where you can see build from the community but introducing more information in the client make a even better client if you dont need to go search your information out of the client AKA not wasting time .
