Third turret deal no damage .

I find pretty weak to put continuous damage on the third turret instead of big chunk of damage . I mean the third turret should be our last resort and should give less opportunity to dive . its so slow to make effective damage and why riot take off the shield from the 2nd turret . It was so good and i was finding it pretty cool to fight within the turret cuz at least you wouldnt die instantly if you was caught . I mean there is so much item who work within turret but you take off all turret buff .

Yeha, i'd like to them to swap the first and third turrets. it would make CSing easier, too.

The downside to that is the difficulty to CS farm with the beam constantly hitting and stealing CS. If your lane is pushed most of the farm goes to turret since last hitting will be tricky, unlike the bolts where you have a window oppertunity to last hit.
