Diana suggestion for rework
First of all, Diana is so strong during laning phase she just needs to wait out your mobility or cc spell in Lane the she can just bop you. But her main job which is to assassinate the adc is very telegraphed and so easy to avoid and good luck trying to go without q debuff. You're going to die yourself if you don't have zhonya's, it's pretty much over for you. She has no escape tools and trying to use e to slow the enemy will backfire as it pulls them to you. She is very susceptible to gangs. In fact, out of every champion in League, she might be the only one with little chance of surviving a gank. Everyone has reliable cc, everyone has reliable mobility spells but not Diana. I think that she really needs a rework to address these flaws. She is kind of like old Irelia IMO right now. SHE NEEDS TO BE LESS OBVIOUS WITH HER ASSASSIN PATTERN. But she also needs to be unique just like riot said about assassins. Her kit is very bland overall. What if her passive and her e got major changes to help during laning phase so that she is not bullied so much pre-6. I hate to remind Riot that even though it's fun to one shot someone, it's even more fun to outplay them. Diana has realistically no tools to outplay anyone. She just one shots you if she can land her Q, that's it there's nothing more to it. Why wasn't she discussed in the assassin update way back when to hinder all the assassins one shot potential.
Passive - Blessed of the Moon Every 20/18/16/14/12/10 seconds, three orbs generate around Diana, each orb can be consumed individually to deal 20 + 6 each level + 15% of AP and heal Diana for 14 + 3 each level + 10% of AP. Orbs can be consumed by using Diana's spells. If these spells hit multiple targets, the orb will apply to all targets struck. Only affects champions.
Q - Crescent Strike Pretty much the same, it has a very unique pathing which is the only real challenge in Diana's kit. Deals 80 + 40 each level + 80% of AP
W - Eclipse Moonlight begins to emanate violently from Diana, slowing enemies around the radius and pulling them in after 3 seconds, damaging them for 60 + 40 each level + 60% of AP. This spell can be cast again to pull in all enemies and damage early, but deals lesser damage. This spell also debuffs enemies with moonlight. Radius is 300.
E - Lunar Rush Interchanged with R. Is now a skill shot dash that refreshes if it passes through moonlight debuffed enemies. Deals 65 + 35 each level + 40% of AP. Instantly resets the CD if it passes through moonlight debuffed enemies. Spells can be cast during the cast time and during the rush.
R - Sacred Ground Diana marks the ground around her sword, slowing enemies and pulling them in after 1.5 seconds, also damaging them. After Diana casts her R, the ground expands around the sword and Eclipse can be cast a second time to pull all enemies in again, and damage them for 200/300/400 + 80% of AP. The cast radius is around the sword not Diana.
