So we saw and heard from long awhile ago that runes were going to be free, WHEN is this going to take action?? Because my GOD I don't have the IP to get a Tank page with full runes because they're ridiculously stupid expensive.. And as we all know it, it's tank meta for who knows how god awful long.
You really don't keep up with the news or what they say, when the runes are remade in the preseason all runes are free

The point of it was to figure out when "PRESEASON" was exactly.. and honestly I somewhat keep up but not completely read/watch everything.
