Banned for one word?

So on my main I try my best to reform and not fall back into toxicity or flaming but honestly.. URF is kind of hard at times especially if people are talking trash to you and even enemy team saying "gg ez" at the end.. I tried really hard to change my ways and even got Honor level 3.. but one URF game I played with my buddy and we had 2 top laners who didn't do so well.

So all I did was ask "What happened top?" then the guy went on a major rage and lashed out at me and I was like "WTF"? all I did was ask what happened top. So the game continues on and he is constantly flaming so I got fed up with it and lashed back (I know, I should've just muted him long ago to avoid the issue). Long story short, shots were fired back and forth and I told him he has "autism" as a last flame, and shortly after the game ended I got instantly permabanned.

Can a mod or even rioter tell me the reasons of the instant permaban? why not give me a warning or even a 14 day suspension for it? Is it because that one word? or what's the reason? because the chat log only mentioned that ONE game is the reason why I got banned and truth be told, I never use that word in flaming =.. I can provide chat log if needed also.

Chat logs would be appreciated. There are other factors we need to know too. You already mention trying to reform, how long ago was the last punishment and was it a 2 week ban?

Chat logs, but not edited. A Rioter can find it out & will post the truth out himself if you refuse to be honest with us.

The punishments increase the more you receive. 10 Game Chat Restriction 25 Game Chat Restriction 14 Day Ban Permanent Ban.

If you use hate speech (like using autism as an insult) or urge self-harm, your punishment can be increased by up to two tiers. (Possible to skip strait to perm if the logs are even more horrible than the standard horrible)

Okay so after reviewing the chat log I did say more unsportsmanlike words and flame a bit more =\ but I was super annoyed to be honest.. But that still doesn't excuse me for the way I acted but an instant permbanned? )=

Keep in mind that pregame chat and post game chats can be viewed by rioters and what you say there is punishable as well.

I got a 10 game ban for telling someone to "stop being a cry baby" and calling someone a "self entitled college brat." I admit, I was very frustrated that match but I never thought this would get me chat banned. I haven't played much the few days prior to this match that got me chat banned, and I was not coming off a recent ban or anything. I also barely ever talk in game so I found it a little crazy that they would ban me straight from that. I wrote a ticket and got a message telling me they pretty much chat ban people for the smallest things, including telling someone that you're going to mute them. They seem to be power trippin over there and ban people for any little thing now.
