I checked the PBE, and Garen buffs aren't there anymore

Earlier, when I checked, he was getting armor shred on E. Pretty big change. Now I can't find it anymore.

I'm wondering if I imagined the whole thing.

btw I'm not saying it would be a good change just curious.

They didn't plan on shipping it next patch anyway, so it got pulled. Whatever buffs he gets are going to hit live in 6.24.

They also talked somewhere about adding another mechanic to his kit. I'm assuming this is either in addition to or instead of his armor shred.
