Do you want last season's vision environment back?
i.e. there is no short term invisibility and pink wards are pink wards again they dont disable traps or control wards.

+1 for talking about vision, voted "No" because:
I think Riot could do a lot to make the ward wars or vision game (which should be called the info game) more exciting. Last season was OK and this season is also just OK. I think Control Ward is a neat take on the Vision Ward, but I don't like that it has no True Sight. IMO, the Vision Ward with it's True Sight is a much cleaner design that the Control Ward with its 'kinda True Sight but only for these 3 champions'. The problem it posed for champions relying on invisibility was the instant-speed point-and-click nature of it.
But there has always been short term invisibility in League. It's not gone. In fact, Riot does a disservice the English language by calling invisibility 'stealth'. The two are different.

All of these champions can become invisible with an ability in their kit. I don't think categorizing 'stealth' as invisibility and 'camouflage' is a useful distinction. Invisibility is invisibility. It may manifest itself in different ways, have different constraints and conditions, etc. but it is still invisibility.
I don't think going back to what we had is ideal because the nature of wards and trinkets is tied up in the information game. We need more unique and varied ways of getting info on our enemies. We also need things that have invisibility to grant some clue or tell-tale sign for players to play around. Currently wards can't really be played around organically. You need an item-specific hard counter just to be able to interact with most of them (the exceptions being the Control Ward and Farsight Trinket Ward, and only then because those are visible.)
If we had wards that were fallible, had some blind-spot or a field-of-vision that was exploitable, then playing around them becomes much more natural. If wards were explicit about how they controlled territory, if they were overt about what territory the occupied, then the entire vision game would be much more hospitable to new players. Likewise, since those wards were fallible and overt, they could afford to be a lot more specific and powerful in their effects.
Is this making any sense?
I like how if you're doing baron, the enemy team cant just put wards down to see it. Same with drag and other objectives.
Teemo mains might be a bit bias lol
lol touche'!
You mean, like late Season 5, when early game plays became so completely impossible to pull off, due to the insane amount of vision, that
Farmjunglers became the ONLY junglers viable, because everything else was pointless
The moronic "3man laneswap" started being a thing, because early game ganks couldn't be pulled off anyway
That's the "vision game" you want back?
no thanks.
well if you notice I actually didn't make a case for either just asking people :)
Then your answer is "no", because at one time, it was actually too much, too easy vision that was detrimental to the game.
The current version requires people to actually use their brains once in a while and actually THINK about the map instead of just glancing at it.
I actually want uhh, what was it, s3? I want the ward game back. The one that let me buy boots and a million wards and win the game. The trinkets were supposed to make it so everyone helps with vision, but it's still lacking so much.
