@Riot - Can we replace Cho'gath's E toggle with a ability that gives him some type of mobility?

Keep the E but only as a passive, and maybe give him something where he gets addition MS or a dash/ gap closer. His poor mobility and aoe delayed cc hurt him the most of not seeing play in lcs since season 1 so can we give this champion some love?

Cho'Gath is actually secretly OP. I'm sure a minor buff would shoot him into LCS.
