Sona's Power Chord getting consumed by traps, plants and such
's Power Chord doesn't get consumed when attacking a ward. Is there any reason why it get consumed when attacking stuff like Zz'Rot portal or a Jhin's trap?

Because they aren't coded as wards.
It might also break either her, or everyone's empowered auto's if they changed it. (IE, it wouldn't just be a Sona buff) Might even get screwy with things like plants or tentacles, and that isn't quite fair in combat.
