It seems like all the health cost champions:

are getting down to the wire, are we no longer gonna see our really weird champions have health cost spells? Only time will tell.

I think it can be done if their health scaling, health regen, and base health all take a hit.

I mean, we have plenty of no cost champions as it is besides the ones you mentioned. Some nearly as old as the game itself.
