Evelynn is stealthed all the time, Rengar is stealthed for 7 seconds every 2 minutes until he gets some CDR. Your point? Nonexistent. But nice try fishing for upvotes tho.

i think the worry with is that she could be fully invisible at all times starting at lv1, and therefore was effectively immune to wards and became extremely strong after the warding changes that made pink wards visible.

, on the other hand, can be seen by wards unless he is currently ulting, and his ult notifies you when he is nearby. unlike he cannot remain completely undetected on a fully warded map for more than a few seconds.

She isn't totally gutted, and her stealth mechanic is less limited than Rengar's. But I find Rengar more annoying tho...

but she still instakills enemies out of stealth. i had an ad evelynn two days ago instakill almost everyone on my team right after stealth. very comparable to rengar.
