Solo queue vs Team5s

So i was thinking how could i make this not a rant and be as objective as I can.

Little introduction: i am a plat player who plays since season4 last season plat2 peak as soloq and gold4 as teamranked.

My little ideas what is the difference between the 2 game modes and how to be successful.

Solo queue:

The key word is I. " i have to carry, I have to improve, i have to snowball, i make the plays" To be successful you needed the following stuff:

-game knowledge -map awareness -mechanics -consistency -be able to snowball and take lead into win -high impact -communication by ping is enough

Team ranked:

The key words are we and teamwork. " we have to work as a team, we got this, we go baron, we rotate, we win"

To be successful you needed the following stuff:

-game knowledge -map awareness -mechanics -consistency -trading objectives as a team -trading kills as a team -be a team player

• have a strong voice communication

So what is the problem with Dynamic queue?! The problem is the two game modes are different, both requires different sets of skills that allows you to be successful ,there are overlays but the nuance that separates the to mods are very important.

If you put the two game modes into one and when the two play styles collides there are issues that going to happen.

1st is bias, we have bias towards ourselfs or our teammates. 2nd is remember i said to win solo queue you need high impact and for team-ranked trading kills and objectives as a team?

Now lets say i am the midlaner i had a intense fight and i burnt my summoners, before my summoners come back up 3 or 4 of them are diving me under my turrent and kill me. Now my team should trade something for it, go top or bot sadly i am not in voice chat with them and they cant react fast enough. Now there is tension as solo player i am I centered yet i have to rely on my teammates to do well, on the otherhand the premade has to deal with a player who doesn't want to work with them and not allowing them to play around their strategy.

Another situation lets i am a great team player and I got to diamond and now My friends are not on and I decide to queue up alone because I am the mood to play some League. Lets say, I did poorly because as solo I don't have those qualities that makes a good solo queue players but i am really good playing with my teammates because i have the qualities that makes a good team player. My teammates call me boosted and trash as always.

Yeah i can talk about boosting but it was always a thing now its just a bit faster.

Dyanamic queue is a casual gamemode where you can play with your friends or you can queue up as solo, it used to called normals and it was great to have, but for ranked please give us back Solo/Duos.
