Display Ranked MMR

So, i had a game where as a plat5 87 lp player i was duoing with my friend who is gold1.

I won 3 games lose 1 then win 2 games.

But when i played my 7th game, it was wierd. First, we got a silver1 player in our team who was in his promos the rest is high gold and I, meanwhile in enemy team everyone was high gold. Now i dont want to sound bitching but a silver1 midlaner is really bad comare to a gold1 midlaner. So we lost, but during the game i asked him if he was premade with someone he said no, but then how a silver1 player is match with a plat5? and no my mmr is normal since i gain like 20-22 and loseing like 17-18. And he has 52 % winrate with 200 games so i dont think he has platinum mmr either.

And my next 3 games were similar like hard feeding everywhere.

I believe Riot try to make the game even in terms of team average mmr. But its not a balance matchmaking ! I feel after i am going on a winning streak I got those silver players in my game, and i am just doomed to lose so my winrate doesnt go above or below 50% a lot, because it happens a lot that my team is just so much better than their team or just one player in the enemy team is so bad, that it is a free win for us. I want to measure my skills to players who are at my rating, and if i am better or worse than them i want to go up or down because they bettered me, and not because i had a Silver player in my game who struggled and lose his promos because of that. I am not saying to replace the tier system, but please display our individual mmr as well so i can see how the actual matchmaking working because i suspect, that its not close as everyone says.

I am watching unranked to Diamond series, how is it possible that a high diamond player cant get easily out of gold because of teammates?!

How is it possible that a ranked 7 Challenger player struggled to get out of diamond3?
