Ryze vs Annie

Well both champs have an advantage for certain things.

Ryze

• good poke
• sustained damage
• point and click root
• mr destroyer
• massively short cooldowns

Annie

• point and click poke
• better wave clear
• easy to farm with
• a shield that punishes enemy poke
• a bit tankier

In terms of range and sustained damage, Ryze wins.

In terms of burst and high damage, Annie wins.

Depends. If Annie doesn't have ult or it's early game, Ryze would win. If Annie is fed or has items, Annie wins.

I would have to give it to annie for she has a range advantage and can cancel ryzes combo with her stuns

In a 1v1 with full items, also assuming Ryze is properly keeping himself at 3-4 stacks basically constantly?

Ryze, probably easily.

In lane Annie can probably bully Ryze with her stun and level six all in.
