Idea for a better Sol rework

This is coming from a someone who enjoyed the champion and got all the way to m7 with most of that work being put in before the rework. Though I don't be using base damage because I don't exactly remember his base mana costs and do scaling, I do remember the old kit.

Passive (I can't think of a name lol)- First of all, not being able to hide in bushes is not much of a passive that helps Sol, instead this will be moved to be a description for his W. Instead Sol gains decaying movement speed on all ability casts except for his E.

Q- Starsurge: This ability faces huge problems when trying to lock down foes with mobility, while not a fun weakness it is probably intentional. But changes should be made so that his counters won't always have an easy time avoiding his outer limit entirely. When used with comet of legend, since the star now speeds up if it is too slow that should be kept as its actually a good change.

W- Celestial Expansion: Just revert this so it gets its high mana cost toggle back and the damage can remain the same as it was or buff it within reason. The old passive is moved to be on the w which shouldn't really matter anyway. Though it might not be the best option, his stars could push their targets if they are closer to his inner limit but only for a few seconds after casting. This is so assassins like Talon or someone like Yasuo will have to time their approach and not have such an easy time getting into melee range and limiting your options.

E- Comet of Legend: No changes, though I do miss the passive ms that used to be on it.

R- Voice of Light: I've seen somewhere that this should ground it's targets, which I am not opposed to have it do since the whole purpose is for this ability to push whoever is hit out to your outer limit. If they can just jump back inside your stars it really isn't fair if you use an ultimate on a decent cooldown them to get them out, only for the champion to be right back inside of your circle instantly after the displacement. This grounding should be maybe 1-2 seconds at most with an unchanged or slightly higher cd.

Tell me what you think and post suggestions if you have any!

awful idea. The new W is fantastic and makes him so much easier and more fun to play. Rememebr when Swain's ult was a toggle? Shit was horrible, always glad to see that kind of mechanic go especially when its a huge reason for Sol's lack of playerbase and thus, lack of skins.
