Ivern and new Jungle (Blue camp)

simple, Will costs for FotF mana wise be reduced now that Smite no longer recovers AP from Blue??

All other champs can chose to brace the camps and go full AA on em while they recover their mana, but Ivern only way to farm camp is Friend of the Forest Passive. Without the Blue Smite Buff now you it will impossible to pull a full camp clear without Recalling or setting doing nothing till your mana restores to proc your passive again
