@Anyone Question About Some of the 5.13 Changes

Okay so two questions that probably sound stupid, but the wording on the patch notes confuses me a little.

  1. Spirit Visage: Is that 20% increase of healing on only incoming healing, or does it count outgoing healing as well? For instance, if Soraka gets it does she heal people more, or does she only heal people who have spirit visage for more?

  2. Will of the Ancients: " Your abilities heal you for 15% of the damage dealt, calculated before your opponent's resistances. (33% effect for AoE) " Now is it that it heals 33% of your damage dealt for AOE, or that it does 33% of the 15%? (As in 5%)

For 1, spirit visage still only boosts heals used on the owner; however, it now gives the 20% increase if, say, Soraka heals you instead of no increase.

For 2, the latter. If you use a single target (say Akali Q) you heal for 15% of damage dealt. If you use a multi target (AoE; say Akali E) you heal for 33% of the normal amount, so 5%.
