Irelia has some mana problems. Irelia should be able to get back mana if she kills a unit or dashes to a marked unit. Like her old dash, she would get mana if the dash killed a unit. And Irelia's defiant dance(W) should add a mark to the unit/champion.
No, she doesn't. Stop. Irelia's old Q was still more expensive than her current Q even with the refund.
It only costs 20 mana now. The old one was 50-70 and only refunded half on kills.
She needs a bit of early help, but mana buffs won't help much since corrupting pot is enough sustain, and doran's ring start is also viable. Her W adding marks easily and in a wide AoE hitbox would break her.
They are already planning to buff her early while taking a bit from her mid/late to address her current problems.
