Missions regarding emotes, hextech keys, and chests

Not sure which board would be the right one for this, but is it possible for Riot to not make me win 4 games of league just to get one emote then 4 more for another emote? And wins aren't always going to be that often either, so the 2 point for losses adding to the needing 20 points is just wasting my time.

Is it possible to make it half of what you normally require? Like cutting it down to needing 10 points because I don't have the time to play throughout the week and when I get on to see I can't do other missions because I need to get this shitty emote that has no emotions or anything at all out of the way to get my other missions suck.
