Small Change on Riven's Ult

Currently, Riven's ult is mainly used as an attack steroid with a finishing move, designed to activate when engaging and using the ult to disengage. However, the current design, in my opinion, doesn't fit that criteria. Hence, I decided to post a change in Riven's ult.

Blade of the Exile Changes: Cooldown changed from (110/80/50) to (100/80/60) Ease up early game, nerf late game.

Wind Slash Added a 0.5 second delay before the actual attack. Counterplay, all day every day! Missle speed increased from 1600 to 2000. The counterplay/dodging is now changed to the delay before cast.

Minimum damage decreased to 60/90/120 (+45% Bonus AD) Maximum damage increased to 180/270/360 (+135% AD) This encourages Wind Slash to actually be used for a finisher, and not for just some added damage.

Casting Wind Slash consumes the Blade of Exile buff, and Riven becomes unable to take action for one second. This includes moving, attacking, casting spells, using items, etc. (does not include summoner spells with the exception of Flash and Teleport) This final change ensures that Riven will always use Wind Slash as an execute or a final finish. Because Blade of the Exile buff is consumes, it causes Riven to be weaker after using Wind Slash. Also, the one second of being unable to take action will punish Rivens that don't use Wind Slash as an execute.

Overview/Tl;dr Wind Slash now deals more execute damage, has a slight delay before cast, missle speed is increased, consumes Blade of Exile buff and renders Riven useless for one second after the cast. I believe that this change is necessary for Riven and enforces the values of her ult. Her ult is designed so that you use Blade of the Exile to initiate, and Wind Slash to finish off your opponent. This change enforces this, because using Wind Slash consumes Blade of the Exile and renders Riven useless for one second, harshly punishing Riven players who do not use their Wind Slash to finish off their opponents. You can always have to option of not using Wind Slash if you don't think it's safe to use it.

Just no. Some of your changes seem pointless like the cooldown or the damage or the delay on cast. Whatever, that can be worked around. Stunning yourself after the second cast? Not only is that such a colossal nerf as to require a massive compensation buff (on the level of invulnerability during the self stun duration), but Riven is a champion who lives and breaths on her combos and animation cancels - and one of her most useful cancels that makes her viable involves the second cast of her ult midway as part of a way to cast the second ult mid stun so that it isn't easy fodder for zhonias/flash/untargetable spells/wind wall/riposte/ whatever the fuck.

And don't give me that bullshit about 'its not a stun, you can use summoners (except for flash because flash is actually useful at that time LOL). It's a fucking stun. If it was ignite or heal or exhaust or ghost or anything but flash you could just use it anytime before the second ult cast and be just as effective, but the one spell that actually is relevant when you are frozen in place for a second as a fucking glass cannon melee is flash and you specifically forbade that.

that's a detrimental NERF to riven.

riven specializes in dueling more than one champion so rendering her useless and immobile after her ult, will take the identity away of being a unique combo bruiser that she is. if we made that change, the remaining opponents that survived her wind slash would proceed to gang-rape her within that 1 second, while her team scrambles to try and save her -- or watch the bukkake in the distance.

terrible idea. i would feel sorry for riven.

sounds cool, idk about just standing there but I do think that using her execute should cancel her ult steroids. (like Quinn's does)
