How come Jayce isn't listed as part of the Marksmen Update?

How come every Marksmen other than Jayce is going to be a part of the marksmen update, I mean, even Urgot is there. I mean, I get that he's a hybrid, but you play him mainly in his ranged stance anyways. It's complete with everything a marksmen would have including his own powerful steroid. I was hoping for at least some new interaction maybe with his steroid or something, but he gets nothing.
