Nerf Lee Sin's movement speed.

He shouldn't be able to chase me without using any gap closer, catch up and then just basic attack me to death. He has two gap closers and I truly believe he should have to use 1 if he wants to catch up . Not just run at you for awhile with his 350 ms whilst you have 330 and kick you to death. When you buy tier 1 boots you are only faster than him by 5 ms, that makes little to no sense since he is literally the most mobile champion in the game. What do you think?

I think his MS should be 340, still fast but a lot more balanced.

Actually, I agree that that's pretty fair. Its not making him that much slower, and it gives him more ms than a lot of other champs still.

True. Maybe he's not absolute top-tier anymore but when played properly is still frustrating to no end to play against. A few small cuts here and there wouldn't hurt. Mind you, this will barely be noticeable if he is good at landing skills. He really shouldn't have that high MS with all other escape and stickiness tools he has.
