Change of Dishonoring System - Quality of Life Change
I already know people are going to downvote this thread because that's the community in a nutshell but hear me out on this. With the implementation of the Honor system in late 2017 and it been properly introduced with Season 8, we all know how hard it is to reach honor 5 before the end of the season. Semi off topic but my account has recently been given a 14-day suspension without any reason atm even though I have submitted a support ticket around 2 days ago. The point I should make is that it took me 8 - 9 months to reach this through intense grinding sessions as suggested by my level XD to find out that saying one toxic thing in one session causes me to be suspended :|
When players are banned, they immediately start from Dishonored which is sometimes bull shit and is also acceptable depending on the player's situation and behavior in game.** I believe that the system should instead drop you one tier instead of making you start all over again such as honor 5 to honor 4**. This would be a quality of life change because people understand how hard it is to reach honor 5 and if they drop one tier, they are more likely to continue playing league of legends then quit permanently due to been put in Dishonored.
This system would keep players in the game and teach players about being toxic in the game leads to honor drops instead of immediately putting them bellow honor 1 and pissing them off more. The punishment could become more severe over time where shown through Riots summoners code where over time you can be permanently banned from the league. Example idea:
Punishments: 14-day suspension - 1 - 2 Honor drops 2nd offense - 3 honor drops 3rd offense - Dishonored 4th offense - Banned
This can be changed based on the type of situation given to the Riot team.
that did everything in his power to make my ranked as miserable as possible after i was in a 3 game losing streak and was already frustrated... not trying to justify my acts but just saying it is way too punishing honor-wise.
