Help! Can't Climb Up, Boosted Teams. (Long Post) (Gold, One Trick Shen)

My win ratio is consistently going down in the long run, and I am on a 3 game losing streak. I lost a few games due to Wifi and took a 2 week break and got an Ethernet cable. Both my duo partners are in Diamond now, and now I'm all alone :( (I usually did better than them 3/5 games)

I hit Gold my first season (Last season) and I gave up when I started getting hundreds of bad games with bad team mates. I'll just call them boosted/monkeys from now on.

This season I hit Gold IV 80 LP within 30-40 games after placing in silver with a 5+ KDA, 70% Win Rate. 500 Games later I am Gold V 20 LP with 4+ KDA, 50% Win Rate after another thousands of boosted monkeys.

What I am doing right: Ult: I usually save a team mate in laning phase, and usually ult the strongest in team fights. I let boosted monkeys die, save ult.

Warding: Constantly buying control wards. Usually have one up all the time.

Split Pushing: If I can't get to a team fight I will push an objective, and I usually split up their team to defend.

Problems I'm having: Ult: Monkey's run from my ult on a sure kill and ? ping me. 100% kill is why. "lol bad shen" ? ? ? ? ? ?

Monkey Map Awareness: I have wards up, but team mate's are not seeing the 3+ enemies in our jungle. They will just walk in, waste flash then blow up.

Examples of bad teams within 48 hours: Example #1 Monkeys won fight near baron. 80-100% HP, they go farm as I spam ping/chat by Baron for 20+ seconds. I eventually convince them, get baron, get a tower. Meanwhile team chases enemies in the jungle (Well, they are monkeys) and die. Enemies group and get Mid Inhibitor. Baron buff gone.

Example #2 Our monkeys are severely outmatched vs their team. I'm going against a freaking swain top lane and died twice. I try to FF early, but my team flames me. Waste 20 minutes, I have the Highest Tanked/Highest DPS/Least deaths, and doing the most CC in team fights.

Example #3 I'm 8/0/5 and monkey's wont listen to me. We have a 0/16/2 Quinn on our team, and team won't stop arguing. I try calming them down 5 minutes, give up and start flaming them. We barely win and I am really stressed out. My plan was if they are flaming me they can't flame each other, but they can't flame me cause they suck. Ended 11/4/17. Quinn 5/20/9.

It can't be Shen. I asked a recent duo partner if it's me, and he his friend only played Shen until Diamond 1 and got his smurf to Plat within 30 games.

Is it me? I asked recent duo partners if I'm bad, and they said I'm good and I will climb eventually. I heard this last season too, but over 1000+ games later here I am. In Gold Hell....
