What changes would you like to see in 9.11?

(classic gameplay thread, don't expect anything meaningful, let's make it fusion of rant and gameplay)

Here are few things I would like to see in upcoming patches.

**Nerfs **

Glacial augment - I already did one thread on this, probably too harsh, I would love any changes that would give back skill to shots.

Lux - do we really want this champ to be serius support with +50% winrate in every region dia+? Longer her Q cd, so if she is behind, she is not so good cc bot.

Jinx - I think she is arguably strongest adc right now, I feel like her passive is too strong, it's like adc Kata, with great scaling, tons of AoE dmg, not that bad laning phase, good range, you name it. I don't really have any numeral changes in my mind, but that would be place(passive) to focus imo.

Aatrox - I would change his passive cd reduction from 2 secs to 1.5 secs to see how it works with him, I don't like idea of him procing it 5 times in teamfight

Nunu - not sure if he is the problem or cinderhulk, but something needs change imo, some Q hp scaling changes on dmg/heal vs champs would be nice

Karthus - can we make his clear so bad he can't be play jng anymore already?

Ahri - not sure if she is this strong bcs of GA, but if we are insisting on doing nothing with GA, can we make her E cd longer?

Katarina - has anyone noticed how her pick/win rate climbed through all elos and all regions? I'm not really familiar with her, I played only dozens of games with new one, so I'm not sure about any changes.

Buffs

Varus - not sure how to buff him without making him broken, but Guinsoos nerfs hitted him hard

Galio - I would like to make this champ at least niche pick against certein ap/melee champs mid, Fizzs winrate is going up and it would be fun to totally counter him

(I'm aware that we don't have access to all statics from Riot, but I just like to waste my time like this)

Varus You could try to do something with his ultimate, like increase the speed of the rooting chain or just increase the range they cover and make him more of a zone controller ADC. Or maybe people he hits with his W+Q actives could get a Cripple to help with his dueling? I don't know, just spitballing.

Lux is a mid lane mage first, though. Increasing Q CD would hurt her mid lane, which is not needed especially since there are so many high mobility assassins these days. That's why people take her bot right now. She's not a full main support champ.

As for me, I would like: -Runes Reforged reverted -Pyke, Sylas and Neeko deleted from the game -Galio rework reverted

Those are my main changes I would love to see but know will never happen, unfortunately.
