Is there something wrong with Matchmaking?

Because

Game 1 - Win: Perfect team well oiled machine, wards, cares for map, as i said perfect team overall
Game 2 - Loss: Adc and Mid constantly fighting while feeding their lanes even though they are losing. No ss warnings no wards on map, only mine and support's

I'm of course not blaming those unlucky players everytime i lose, i also make some mistakes sometimes that lead to defeat, however i learn from them, while those players lose lane and still try to fight their lane opponent and just rage at us when we question their methods. Also this has been consistent for like 3 days straight, Win/Lose, Win/Lose etc.
