Many gamers (mistakenly) attach self worth to how good they are at "gaming".
First step is to be sure that's not the case for you.
Second step is to evaluate your self confidence. If you are over critical of yourself then you must examine why. If you can't figure that out, then seek help from a mental health professional. They are excellent at helping to identify you delusions about yourself in relation to your self confidence.
Lastly ask yourself this, what is important to you? Then take steps toward what you identify.
If you want to progress you have to commit, which means going through a long periods of learning which involves failure. Identify what is leading to your losses and create a plan to improve it.
In that same vein are you pursuing all the avenues of improvement? Such as but not limited to coaching, reading guides, watch YouTube videos of higher rated players, reviewing your own games, putting hours of practice following up with hours of matches per day?
What are your goals for this game?
If none of that sounds appealing, that's okay! Find a few champs to enjoy and spam them in whatever mode you like.
Lastly, I've played chess for many years. The first year of playing at my local club was brutal. I lost every match I played for a year. But I love chess, I was determined to improve. I won my first tournament because of my failures at the club.
Hope this helps and hope you feel better. If you are as upset as you claim in your post take a long break. No game is worth your health.
