No LP or IP received?

I got a victory in ranked and received no LP or IP for the game. After the match was over it was stuck on the "Waiting for stats" screen. I skipped it and tried to go into another game, where it said "You are already in a game, please restart the client". After I logged back in, Ranked was disabled.

It happened to me and my 5 man team the game before last. I was 1 win away from bronze I when it happened. Just relog your client and count the game as never happening. It's sort of BS but there's nothing we can do.
