Clairvoyance and Clarity

Do anyone ever use these spells anymore? They feel very useless and not viable compared to the other spells that aren't flash so I was wondering if Riot has anything planned out for them.

I thought they were removed from SR...(?)

Edit: Checked it, yes, they were removed.... Clairvoyance is removed from everything 'except' Dominion, LOL.

no one uses them because they were removed. the only spells is summoners rift are: summoner 21 summoner 1 summoner 3 summoner 4 summoner 6 summoner 7 summoner 14 summoner 11 summoner 12
