Flex Queue's mmr is pretty toxic.

Trying to climb up flex queue solo is actually an interesting experience. You never really know what you're going to get. But I personally find it annoying how there'll be games of full challenger players 5 man on the enemy team, and your team will have 0 duos and consist of nothing but low golds/silvers . . . even in P1 flex queue.

How they even get p1 flex I'll never know, but I'm assuming boosted. Regardless, I've noticed p4-p1 flex queue is actually over saturated with D2+ players to the point the game your playing is actually a master game.

To give you an idea, this is a game I played in p4 50 lp

I wish I could say it is "unusual" but the fact is . . . this is actually a pretty standard game :|. give or take some golds sprinkled in to go 0/15/0 against the enemy team. People often say that flex isn't very "try hard" but in all honesty I've seen more try harding in flex queue than I have in solo queue. That might be because my avg opponent has been master tier. The personal big issue I have is the original problem of dynamic queue where premades will often gang up and harass you/group int just to make you lose if they don't like your pick. It also has a tendency to pair 5 mans /3 mans with people who only have 1 duo, if any at all.

Another thing, I've noticed the flex population is like half of solo, so you may often run into the same high diamond/master tier players 4 to even 10 times in a single day.

This honestly makes climbing pretty painful.

All in all though, I guess if you want to see what high elo is like, just grind to plat flex and you'll get to fight challie/masters all day.
