Can minimap prioritize allies over enemies?

So while playing shen I have an issue with the minimap showing enemy icons overlap allies, causing me to be unable to save them when I could otherwise. Is there a way to make the minimap prioritize ally over enemy champions?

You can Shen ult the icons above the map/side of the screen. These icons don’t move (the ones that show health bars).

Way easier than using the map.
