Bugsplat error when loading in

When I tried loading in randomly one day, it got to 100% and the window disappeared as it normally does, but then I was met with a bugsplat error, which i dismissed and tried reconnecting... the cycle repeated. Prior to this ever time a game ended and I clicked continue on the victory/defeat thing, it said there was a critical error, and it gave me the option to create a dump file which never worked, so I dismissed it and all the stats came up normal reardless of this "critical error" My main problem is the bugsplat error and inability to connect.

EDIT: This was fixed by simply reinstalling the game.

A friend just got the bugsplat twice in a row during flex queue games after champ select, but before the loading screen comes up. It wants her to create a dump file as well, but won't let her and it also won't let her reconnect. This has never happened in any other queue type, only flex, and has given her 3 losses during provisionals because of it. We just played 12 games of solo/duo queue yesterday all in a row without any problems loading in whatsoever. We have also had days that we spam ARAM so it's isolated to flex.

This needs to be looked into, especially when it's giving people automatic losses in ranked that they have no control over because the client is so buggy.
