URF Mode for Customs?

I've been playing a lot of custom games for experiments lately and I wondered is it possible that they can add game modes (preferanly URF)? I think it can really be fun for a team of friends to play.

Idk why but Riot has a fascination with keeping popular "custom" game modes in their treasure chest. I would like to say it's about money somehow, but I don't think they sell anything special during the events.
