Just curious to see what everyone thinks here? Bad for junglers because of cheese? Bad for ads because of the tank meta on top of skirmishers saber spam? Fantastic for top laners due to skirmish potential as well as free tank stats? Bad for top laners due to loss of a different summoner spell and early game pressure?

If you want to talk about challenger/chilling smite, that was happening before cinderhulk and nobody complained.
If they want cinderhulk's passive, it's only going to be good if they actually buy some health, so taking it on a glass cannon isn't a smart idea unless you're going for challenger smite. I wouldn't on Irelia, for instance.
Cinderhulk is countered by 
and they have to sink 2k gold into the item anyway for 300 health and the passive, so if they rush that item first you can probably hit your powerspike item first.
NoMonku1 votesI personally don't like it because it makes it so top laners are benefiting from stuff that is meant for the jungler. It is fine in terms of the game, it is a trade off of having the extra smite/getting jungle item with not having a flash or other SS, but I dislike it mainly because of how things went last season. At least this season it isn't too overbearing, but in most cases when other laners are going jungle related items, it means they are too strong imo, hence the item itself will be nerfed, hurting an item fine for junglers, but abuseable for laners.
