I find Eve isn't a very viable champion anymore (3 year eve main) she does Sweet stuff! but really .... it's just sweet stuff.

I got a few builds now depending on my Mood, I find this one is hilarious if you wanna go FAST! like sonic fast, I've been known to hum the sonic tune (you need the Surge mastery for it to be Super effective) [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] now this build doesn't really Kill people late game it's more of a Early game harass (and it's fun) almost every game People stop to type EVE You're given me a heart attack! or I just screamed IRL which is hilarious because I love to make people Scream Evelynn item 3036 item 3078 item 3153 item 1402 item 3147 now whats hilarious about this build ... is the speeds you can get if you built item 1305 E a Guy while invisible and then press W after surge activates, trust me your going to blow the load of their whole team and get out unless they have a Morg/lux/ (binding champions) who are on point which case /cry it's even more hilarious to watch a Yi/zed Q/ult onto you as you burst across the map at nearly 200% run speed away from his team. sure zed flashes right back, but it's funny to watch.

now what makes this build great is the Easy harass for example I poke him I run away faster then he can deal with I go invis in 4 seconds of running away I then circle around Surge is back up I poke him again, I can usually kill a guy in 15 seconds of harass no penalty and it's fun to do under there tower.

now this is my Magic build, it's great for deleting people, but you'll find almost any AOE spell even the ones not targetted on you, are probably going to force you to back, over and over and over again to the point where you really just don't feel useful unless your fighting a Heimer top malz mid ekko jg Teemo adc with a lulu support then it's all Hilarous and if you don't get 44 kills in a game you Really suck. but if your fighting Real champions that are meta right now your going to get outright destroyed beyond belief.

item 1402 item 3115 item 3089 item 3100 item 3135 item 1305 I can get a good 4k burst in 3 seconds on this baby, problem is udyr stuns you once your dead before you can Really get your 3 second E off, so if your facing anybody with a Reliable stun/binding/knock up .... yeah your not making it home this christmas Tiny Eve [zombie-nunu-tears]

I find tank eve with item 3512 item 1401 item 1322 item 3116 item 3748 item 3083 can be hilariously worthless item 3083 is fun too, being that invisible moving wall of force for your Support usually wins me the game (mostly because I find a lot of folks like to kill the support with their ranged 1 shot abilities first) Supports got a funny way of making themselves vulnerable in a team fight Bam you hit eve again, BAM hit her again. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

I personally find I no longer really Win games as eve as the last few patches in fact it's downright impossible but you can still be annoying as fuck to deal with! and that's half the battle! [slayer-jinx-wink] so you pesky eve mains out there Don't give up get trolly! you ain't going to win anyways unless you got broken champs like Naut/panth clearing your way so for all those games you get Squishies every lane and they think you can Carry ....[slayer-jinx-unamused] Don't get mad Go full harass!

I find midlane can be a great place to stick a eve if you plan to win a game in 20 minutes, Midlaners can't really stand up to your impressive Power everybody else your a insect though so watch out. [slayer-pantheon-rainbows] a fun build is item 1082 item 3070 item 3077 item 3124 item 3074 item 3742 item 1306 item 3042 and just split push/gank the other lanes all day. (focus on towers there like butter)

sometimes item 3147 can be fun too. Make em scream! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I've played her for over 5 years and this year I've had the absolute worst performance of all.... I don't make any excuses, maybe I just suck worse than ever, but in my opinion she has been in need of buffs for quite some time now. My performance is above average even at Platinum ranked level and it still nets me a very poor win rate overall.

In my opinion, lowering her mana costs would be a great way to make her a more viable champion. The problem is, she was nerfed multiple times specifically because of her synergy with Runeglaive and then Runeglaive was replaced by Runic Echoes which was a directy nerf to Evelynn.

Fair enough right ? well NO, because AP got nerfed across the board and MR got nerfed across the board... in addition to Sterak's Gage and she got much much worse. Lower her mana costs so she can access Devourer, Warrior or even Cinderhulk without having horrendous mana problems.

Riot; Evelynn is in a bad position. There is a simple way to fix this, do it.

[Riot]: But don't panic, nerf will be only "cosmetic"!! We won't touch her power curve, or anything like that... [Riot]: First of, we are changing Evelynn passive. From now on wards, minions, entites spawned by champions (JitB, Teemo Mushroom) will see Evelynn in her stealth. We also increased visible range for champions where they spot Evelynn to 1000000000 units. [Riot]: Secondly we have changed all of Evelynn abilities scale with base ability power, dealing physical damage. [Riot]: We truly believe that dual-ratio champions are hurting perfect diversity in LoL. [Riot]: And to your surprise we also BUFF Evelynn!! That's right! [Riot]: We have changed Evelynns ultimate ratio to deal 15%/30%/45% + 1.0 AP of enemy current HP! [Riot]: and also from now on Evelynns ultimate heals enemies and hurts allies

glad you are having fun want another fun hit and run nuke style champion + build? try this!

Garen Runes are up to you i do however run 10% scaling cdr for some extra cooldowns

You want these two summoner summoner 4 Garen needs this for the surprise factor it can bring also using it to flash Q which silences them for your combo summoner 14 is what i run gives extra finishing power and will be one of your finisher abilities

Ok onto the masteries, they are simple you get thunderlords as it gives more burst and you want burst. Then you grab the defense tree where yout get bonus cdr on summoners, more ignites more flashes.

Then you build the following, build order isnt too important if you are winning lane build damage if you lose build some defense first a cloak/mail will often do.

item 1331 We need boots for our hit and run style, we get alacrtity for more speed. We also want cdr this gives both and we get more cdr for ignite and flash too, so more blinks and finishers great. item 3147 Yes this one extra movespeed so we get fast extra ad and arpen for more burst and the passive is so damn godlike gives yet another finisher, with this item you have 3 ways of executing you opponent ignite, nightfall & ult. item 3071 Gives us more ad alot of cdr so we can spam our abilities and this is also our armorpen item, but this also gives armorpen for our team and gives us more mobility aswell and on top of all that makes us more tanky with 300 hp item 3512 Yes the infamous zzrot, i mean come on 20% cdr near towers helps with holding your lane while you dunk that poor midlaner, and the movespeed is awesome for towrdiving too, also helps our splitpush. Gives us the resistances we want so we will be tanky enough to stay in the mniddle of a teamfight. item 3742 Well the point of the build was gotta go fast this helps, more health & armor always nice, and what is really awesome once in full momentum gives us a bunch of bonus damage and a slow to turn our Q into a slowing silencing nuclear bomb just what we need.

Ok that's it the final item is situational pick watever you like probably something tanky as you have all the damage you need randuins i a good one for extra slows or locket for the team sunfire for more dps if ur selfish or youmous if you really want to go fast kill fast.

with the items i mentioned and the masteries and summoners you have all you need to

  • Outrun nearly anything, well nearly your as fast as udyr so neither can outrun the other.
  • Kill anything 1v1, No really you can 1v1 any champion with this build it really gives unholy dunking power.
  • Splitpush like a god, you kill towers reasonably fast with your ad + q aa reset, and you have zzrot
  • Very tanky you have your W which gvies alot of armor/mr and a damage reduction + tenacity active. And you have alot of sustain from passive.
  • summoners are up often catch people offgaurd with it.
  • 3 finishers, like 3 fucking finishers, there will always be 1 up to kill someone off whilst you opponent is still waiting for his sums or ult

You will be one fast as fuck splitpushing nuking machine And the best part, this will win you games ^^

Eve isn't weaker than in the seasons before.

  • Her E buff from Patch 5.1 is still great, because of the synergy with on hit effects and sheen.
  • The W change (reset on spell hits) from Season 5 is good too, because of the synergy with CDR.
  • The increased CDR cap to 45% is a buff for Evelynn.
  • Warriors 60 AD are better than Season 4's Sotel with only 30 AD and a burn. Evelynn wants high AD/AP numbers.
  • Because of W's mana nerf, she needs to buy Sheen now all the time, but Sheen was buffed too for her because of the CDR.
  • Nashors Tooth buff to 80 AP is good for Eve too.
  • Youmuus Ghostblade buff to 65 AD from 30 is a buff for Eve too. This items works great as first item on Top lane Eve.
  • Many tanks are played in the Top lane atm, what is good for Eve, because she can farm there for free.
  • Rylais gives Eve still a 40% permaslow if she has enough CDR.
  • Talisman gives good sustain in the jungle, and is abuseable. Just pass a jungle camp in the first clear, and attack it with Q, and get healed. A Level 3 Gank with double buffs and full health is possible than even only with a Refillable potion.

Eve can build everything from AP Assassin to Meele Adc to Tank, so item nerfs like Runglaive's doesn't really hurt her too much. And the champion itself was buffed more than nerfed since the beginning of Season 5.

A buff would only lead to a nerf afterwards like always. And I really don't want a rework.
