Take the time to learn a hard carry champ. I guarantee 100% that NO ONE in bronze is good. Learn minion aggro, learn how to rotate to different lanes to get them snowballing. If you play the right champ, you can 1v9 easily.

It is impossible to stay in bronze if you have the smallest amount of common sense. I have won games in bronze as Blue Mundo/ADC fiddle stick/Blue tank support anivia. Attack speed Sion. Want to get out of bronze with almost zero problem play a split push champion. Your games are now 1v9 in your thought process since in bronze it truly is a 1v9. Pick Nasus and ignore your team. In the immortal words of Trick2G, "That catty stack is worth more then your entire teams lives".

1. stop playing flex
2. play an easy to learn champion in that lane (you seem to be doing good with morg so keep playing her)
3. kill 7 cs/min on average (very important)

that should be enough, if you find yourself dying a lot (>5) every game, sit back and think about how you could have not died. think about yourself, not your teammates. if you're tilting or on a 3 loss streak, take a break.
