It seems to my scrub mind that frozen mallet would be a good thing on Ashe? Unless the slows do not stack, and I am off base here. She is already orb walking kiting queen so this would be great...if it works. I have not seen any builds with this in it so I thought I would ask.

Only the highest value (at any given time) applies.

Even if the slows stacked your new better off with crit as her crits increase damage and chance of a larger slow
Yeah I was looking at that her autos do more damage with more slows and crit makes her slows last longer and slow more...thanks for the replies guys.
