Can confirm Liandry's Torment on Miss Fortune does work.

I have wanted to try this build, but was asking on here if it was viable or not. I got some less then happy answers lol. I tried it anyway, and with arcane comet, scorch, cheap shot used with make it rain, and the Liandry's the damage it does in team fights is stupid. Even in lane phase with the slow it does 12% of their health over 3 seconds, and if they have a Soraka, or Nami or Sona you take last whisper and apply grievous wounds and that damage still ticks off, and makes the healing less effective. I build my life steal AD item 1st. Like deaths dance, or mercurial scimitar if they have a ton of CC. Then the Liandry's, then I continue with leth or crit items to finish out. So I can still ult and cleve down their line with black clever. Just the harass from this item is so good. All you have to do is drop an E right on them. Q's also hit like a truck since it scales pretty ok with AP. Would love to hear your thoughts.
