Mini rework Shen to be more lore accurate
Shen currently ults to an ally and gives them a big shield. Ok... sounds pretty biased. But Shen is supposed to be UNBIASED in retaining balance between the physical world and the spirit realm.
New ult: shen teleports within X units of unbalance (ally in combat with enemy champion). Passively increases passive shield health and E dash range. No more shield for allies. He is unbiased and is there to just resolve the unbalance.
Now for shifting power into the rest of his kit
Passive changes: shield is nerfed a little bit. CD removed. Shield can now stack. Shield activates on 3rd Q hit and every enemy hit with E.
Q changes: Slow removed. Shen heals, gains attacks speed, and empowers his Q damage by X% for every champion the blade passes through (even allies). Unbiased, returns that old vorpal blade sustain, and still empowers Qs with damage and attack speed for passing through champs.
New W: Shen creates a spirit zone at his spirit blade that lasts X seconds. Everything inside of the zone takes % less damage. Shens Spirit blade attacks (his Q) are unaffected and deal their normal damage. It’s very unbiased between teams like a kindred ult but still helps him in maintaining the equilibrium.
E changes: damage removed. Taunt duration decreased early but increased late. Just getting rid of unnecessary damage that just doesn’t make any sense. Also gives Shen more presence late game other than a pocket shield.
I heavily dislike how Shens presence in the game is just pocket shield and a taunt for the most fed ally. His ult should be scary because HE can be in the fight from anywhere. Right now he just gets dumpstered on by every champ past level 6 because his ult does nothing for him.
